Method:

  1. Boil chicken until done. Remove bone and cut meat into ¾ inch chunks.

  2. Halve grapes and add to bowl with chicken.

  3. Cut celery and onions into large pieces and add to bowl.

  4. Peel apples, dice into 1/2 inch pieces, and add to bowl.

  5. Drain oranges and add to bowl.

  6. Add nuts and almonds.

  7. Add seasoned salt to taste.

  8. Add salad dressing and toss.

  9. Add Matouk's to taste.

  10. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed when served.

You can get the Matouk's Hot Sauce from many U.S. grocery stores, or from TriniFood.com. You can also substitute any other good Scotch Bonnet (habanero) hot sauce. The Matouk's has a unique flavor, as it's main ingredient is papaya.
